Job Brief

We are seeking an experienced Agile Business Analyst (BA) Manager – Settlements SME to join our team in the clearing and settlement domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, excellent analytical skills, and a deep understanding of financial services operations.

Role and Responsibilities

§ Facilitate Agile Practices: Lead the implementation of Agile practices such as Scrum or Kanban within the clearing and settlement teams.

§ Understanding the Domain: Cross team collaboration

§ Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

§ Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.

§ Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, including customers, developers, product managers, and product owners.

§ Team Leadership: Guide cross-functional teams to ensure high performance without compromising on quality.

Skills and Qualifications

§ Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.

§ Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis within financial services. Prior experience with clearing and settlement processes.

§ Agile Certification: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or similar certification is required.

§ Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or other project management software.

§ Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

§ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

§ Proven ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a collaborative environment

7+ to 10 years of experience
