Job Description:

A leading marketing consultancy that works with global corporations such as ITV, Samsung, and TUI is hiring a Technical Consultant (SFMC) with 1 to 3 years' experience in designing workflows, campaigns, and communication strategies.

This position involves working directly with clients and managing the delivery of projects. The client offers a salary between £45,000 and £47,000, plus bonus and benefits, with hybrid/remote work based in Southwark, London.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Build and manage customer journeys, email templates, landing pages, and web forms.
• Utilise Marketing Cloud tools such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder.
• Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including templates, content, and deployment.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights for optimisation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to campaigns.
• Implement automated workflows to streamline processes.
• Ensure data integrity and utilise advanced segmentation techniques.
• Stay updated with Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and best practices.
• Conduct A/B testing and leverage analytics for continuous improvement.
• Maintain documentation for processes and configurations.

Core skill set:

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud components such as Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Social Studio, Mobile Studio, and Audience Builder.
• Proficiency in data management, designing complex data models and segmentation strategies.
• Strong skills in marketing automation, journey design, and dynamic content personalization.
• Ability to design and send marketing emails, with knowledge of HTML and CSS for customization.
• Analytical skills for deriving insights from campaign data.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant) are a plus.
