You’ll play a key role in optimising SharePoint Online architecture, improving workflows, and ensuring seamless collaboration across a global user base.What you'll be doingImplementing a modern information architecture in SharePoint Online, following Microsoft best practices.Converting classic SharePoint sites into modern experiences, including restructuring site collections into the hub site model.Reorganising and migrating content to align with new architecture and usability standards.Replacing outdated custom solutions and content editor web parts with modern out-of-the-box features or SPFx solutions.Developing and maintaining system integrations via custom APIs when necessary.Implementing an access management review process using SharePoint Site Access Reviews.Collaborating with internal teams to resolve technical issues, ensuring out-of-the-box functionality is prioritised.Providing post-implementation and go-live support to ensure successful adoption of updated SharePoint sites.Documenting configurations, workflows, and custom SPFx solutions for transparency and maintenance.What we're looking forA minimum of five years of professional experience, including at least four years building and supporting SharePoint Online applications using out-of-the-box features, SPFx, Power Automate, and PowerApps.Proven experience in SharePoint migration and site restructuring using tools such as Sharegate.Strong development experience with SharePoint Framework (ReactJS).Proficiency in Power Automate workflow design and management.Excellent understanding of SharePoint security, privacy, and permissions configuration.Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.Sound knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite and its integrations with Teams, Outlook, and Forms.Experience gathering and documenting user requirements for technical projects.Microsoft certifications are an advantage.If you are a skilled SharePoint Consultant with a passion for modern digital ecosystems and want to make an impact in an international setting, this role offers a rewarding challenge and the chance to work on projects that drive global collaboration and efficiency.Apply now, or email Richard Fisher - rf@skillsearch.com #J-18808-Ljbffr
