SHEQ Manager (Safety, Health, Environment and Quality)

Full-time position covering our offices across the UK in Penrith, Manchester, and Wolverhampton.

Company car and hybrid working options available.

Salary circa £38K depending on experience.

Job Summary:

We seek an experienced SHEQ Manager to develop and implement our safety, health, environment, and quality strategies. Reporting to the Director of Operations and Service, you will support the Management Team and uphold high standards across our three UK sites.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and update SHEQ policies and procedures.
• Maintain ISO and related systems.
• Serve as the SHEQ expert for teams and stakeholders.
• Manage H&S training and awareness programs.
• Ensure contractor compliance.
• Lead incident investigations and reporting.
• Assist in risk assessments and method statements.
• Oversee ISO audits and inspections.
• Promote a safety-first culture and continuous improvement.
• Support the Bid Team with tenders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a SHEQ role with the ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
• Regulation compliance knowledge.
• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Full driving license.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
