Site Manager

We are currently recruiting for a site manager to join a main contractor on a new build school in West London. The project is on an estate that is being regenerated and is having a new school installed from scratch that is expected to last for 2 years.

They are looking for an experienced site manager who has worked on new build school projects previously working for a main contractor looking after all areas of a project. Ideally you should have experience of working on BSF or similar type of schemes where you are looking off from projects from start to finish.

Requirements:

• Black or Platinum CSCS Card.
• SMSTS or SSSTS.
• Experience of running sub-contractors.
• Ensuring the companies quality system is adhered to.
• Monitoring health and safety on site.
