What will you be doing?

• Build software applications using relevant development languages and tools.
• Develop readable and reusable code following standard patterns.
• Mentor junior team members on coding best practices.
• Ensure data security, integrity, and quality.

• Promote reusability and interoperability of systems.
• Create documentation such as runbooks and operational guides.
• Collaborate on observability metrics to improve application reliability.
• Lead incident response efforts.
• Leverage new technologies and automation to reduce costs.
• Identify and address technical debt and scaling bottlenecks.
• Drive architectural decisions and technical roadmaps.

What do we need from you?

• Experience in Object-Oriented Programming with Python or Go.
• Proficiency with Terraform, AWS, Docker, Vault, ProxySQL, and Gitlab.
• Skills in automation, Infrastructure as Code, scripting, and Unix administration.
• Minimum 5 years in an SRE role, with at least 2 years working with Terraform on AWS in production.
• Intermediate experience with MySQL or similar relational databases.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
