This is a full-time remote role for a Site Supervisor. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities include managing construction crews, scheduling, coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and quality control. The Site Supervisor will also be tasked with resolving any issues that arise on site and maintaining detailed project documentation.
- Experience in managing construction crews and daily site operations
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control procedures
- Strong coordination and scheduling skills
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to maintain detailed project documentation and reports
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction management or related fields
- Experience in large-scale developments and public sector contracts is a plus
