About the Role:

As a Software Architect / Project Lead, you will take ownership of projects from inception to delivery, from client engagement, architectural design, team leadership, and deployment. This position blends technical depth with client-facing responsibility, providing the chance to influence company direction while guiding developers to deliver world-class solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full product delivery lifecycle — from client specification and architecture through to deployment, pipelines, and live usage.
• Design robust, scalable software solutions across varied technical stacks.
• Lead and mentor developers, driving knowledge sharing and best practices.
• Maintain client relationships, translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Ensure delivery excellence by solving complex problems with pragmatic, results-oriented approaches.
• Contribute to strategic discussions, helping shape the company’s technical and commercial direction.
• Backend: C#, SQL (primarily Postgres), PHP (occasional).
• DevOps: Docker, containerised deployments, pipelines, AWS, Azure.
• Emerging Tech: AI and ML integrations, including LLMs (Gemini, OpenAI) and bespoke models.

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong academic background (e.g. top A-levels, relevant degree or equivalent).
• Proven track record in software architecture and solution design.
• Experience in client relationship management.
• Knowledge of product and agile project lifecycles.
• Ability to lead teams, mentor developers, and foster growth.
• Passion for tackling complex technical and business challenges.
