Software Architect (Remote)

Our established client is currently looking to recruit a Software Architect on a permanent basis, working remotely from home.

Pay: £65,000 - £85,000 depending on experience, plus car allowance £4,600, bonus, and an excellent benefits package.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Software Engineers.
• Take responsibility for overall software design, including design concepts and specifications.
• Maintain burn charts in Jira and identify changing scopes.
• Manage testing and quality reviews, providing integration testing support.
• Develop source code as appropriate and manage rectification of software faults.

Qualifications:

• Experience in end-to-end design and development of software solutions, from design to integration.
• Expert-level proficiency in C++.
• Desirable experience with Linux and Java.
• Prior experience as a software design/architect role, Senior Software Engineer, Lead Software Engineer, Senior Software Developer, or Lead Developer.
