A market leading organisatin in the healthtech space requires a Software Development Lead/Manager to joins its growing and successful team!

Suitable candidates will have the folloiwng experience:

Strong commercial experience in software development using C# .NET, coupled with circa 2 years experience in a leadership/managment role. Experience leading technical decisions. Excellent communication skills and the abilities to convey concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Comfortable with git version control. Process driven. Flexible approach and positive attitude. Experience with at least two of the following requirements: ORM (NHibernate, Entity Framework, etc.) SQL Server or other relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) DevExpress components. Desirable Familiar with developer tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence.
