Role: You’ll be building core features end-to-end, owning systems across the stack, and working closely with the CTO to deliver a best-in-class workspace management experience. We’re looking for a highly independent builder who thrives in fast-moving environments, can design and ship product features from scratch, and knows how to leverage AI tools to multiply productivity.

What You\'ll Be Doing

• Building core product features across the stack (frontend, backend, database)
• Designing, developing and maintaining scalable systems using React, Typescript, Node and MySQL
• Working directly with the CTO to scope and deliver projects
• Leveraging AI to accelerate coding, debugging and testing workflows
• Owning the full lifecycle of features from design to production deployment
• Ensuring high-quality, performant, and maintainable code
• Occasionally overlapping with US time zones for meetings and collaboration

You

• Live in an EU country, US, or Canada and can work fully remotely
• Have 5+ years of software engineering experience in a professional capacity
• Have built full-stack products from scratch that real users have used
• Are highly comfortable with React, Typescript, Node and MySQL
• Have experience leveraging AI tools to augment coding productivity
• Are highly independent, self-directed and thrive in entrepreneurial environments
• Are able to occasionally work in US hours when required for collaboration
