Responsibilities

Build and launch features that delight millions of players daily Write clean, performant, and maintainable Roblox Lua code Partner with designers, artists, and producers to craft gameplay experiences Debug and improve live game systems Improve the game on technical front and maintain high quality standards Playtest and provide design/product feedback regularly

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in CS/Software Engineering or equivalent professional software development experience Strong foundation in CS fundamentals and problem-solving Familiarity with game engines, scripting languages, version control Excellent communication and collaborative mindset 1+ years of Roblox development experience

Nice to Have

Shipped games or features on Roblox or similar platforms Game jam or modding experience Familiarity with live game systems (analytics, economy tuning, balancing) 2+ years professional software development experience
