4 x Software Engineers (Staff/ Principal Engineer) | Full-time | Manchester (On site) | SAAS

Salary: Up to £120,000 + share options + 8% pension + private healthcare

What You’ll Do

• Build and ship high-quality, scalable features that solve real user problems
• Work across the stack — frontend, backend, infrastructure — as an expert generalist
• Collaborate closely with users and cross‑functional teams
• Use AI tools (LLMs, copilots, agents) to improve developer experience and product capabilities
• Prototype fast, iterate often, and contribute to product strategy
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and sound architectural judgment
• Curiosity about users, not just code — you think like a product person
