Founding Software Engineer – London

Build the AI web of the future — where every page thinks, adapts, and talks back.

Mission: Build the “agentic” web — websites that think, adapt, and create in real time.

Our client is a £5M seed-funded start-up reimagining what a website can be. Most sites are static. Theirs uses AI to generate a unique, fully personalised page for every visitor in ~100 ms — layout, content, and messaging shifting instantly to context. Early results? Conversion rates several times higher than the norm.

Join as one of the first engineers, working side-by-side with the CPTO/co-founder to design the core architecture of a platform that could redefine the internet. In 2–3 years, you might be running your own company — and they’ll help you get there.

What You’ll Do:

• Build the foundational systems for instant, AI-personalised web experiences
• Shape product and technical direction at the highest level
• Prototype fast, iterate faster, and ship with impact
• Push technical limits on speed, scale, and adaptability

What You Bring:

• Proven experience building high-performance, scalable web applications
• Fluency in modern front-end and/or back-end tech (React, Node.js, TypeScript, Python, etc.)
• Curiosity, creativity, and the urge to experiment with new ideas and tools
• A founder’s mindset: ownership, speed, and bold ambition
