The firm is expanding its digital capabilities, using HubSpot as a key platform for optimizing marketing, sales, and customer service. As a HubSpot Support Engineer, you will manage and support the company’s HubSpot system, working closely with marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure seamless performance, resolve issues, and improve user experience. Key Responsibilities
Deliver daily technical assistance and troubleshooting for HubSpot users across departments Manage and configure HubSpot CRM, including user access, data accuracy, and system integrations Support the development and optimisation of automated workflows and reporting tools Partner with cross‑functional teams to identify and implement CRM enhancements Maintain documentation, produce user manuals, and provide training to internal stakeholders
Experience and Skills Required
