Responsibilities

  • Master your toolkit. Work across diverse tech stacks to select the right tools for each challenge, from monolithic to microservices architectures, gRPC to REST APIs, Kubernetes to Docker, Python to Rust. The goal is to understand the purpose of technologies to unleash their potential.
  • Build stuff that matters. Enjoy autonomy and own your work from ideation to execution, building software from the ground up and delivering products used at scale.
  • Simplify relentlessly. Turn complexity into simplicity by optimizing CI/CD pipelines, writing maintainable code, and creating minimalist architectures to enable scalable, future-proof solutions.

The selection process

Screening tests to assess problem-solving approaches, followed by interviews. The process may take several hours for tests and multiple interview rounds. Offers are made after careful evaluation to ensure the right fit.

Additional notes

To help you ramp up quickly, initial ramp-up may involve working from our Milan office. We’ll support travel and accommodation as needed. Afterward, you may work from Milan or London offices, or remotely from approved countries, depending on the offer stage.
