Responsibilities

  • Analyse requirements and deliver on them in a scrum team, adhering to development best practices and enterprise architecture.
  • Focus on backend development for microservices within an event-driven architecture; work on creating and updating services and ensuring smooth deployments into Kubernetes clusters configured within a service mesh.
  • Develop using solid cloud-native principles with ASP.NET; participate in unit testing and deployments through CI/CD.
  • Work across web and mobile environments and contribute to high-volume eCommerce systems with PCI compliance considerations.
  • Engage with containerized environments and hands-on experience with containers; support the deployment pipeline and maintain operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud-native development and back-end microservices.
  • Proficiency with ASP.NET and modern software development practices.
  • Familiarity with containers, Kubernetes, and service meshes; experience in an event-driven architecture is desirable.
  • Experience in high-volume environments, particularly eCommerce; PCI compliance awareness is desirable.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate within a cross-functional team.
