Role

Working with an established partner to the gaming industry, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality content that drives operator revenues. As the primary Software Engineering Manager, you will lead Java and .NET teams, helping shape the future of technical delivery and innovation.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and inspire Java and .NET development teams to deliver high-quality software.
• Dive into code when needed to troubleshoot or guide development.
• Collaborate with architects to shape scalable, efficient technical solutions.
• Champion Agile practices and drive adoption across teams.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Software Engineering Manager in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong technical foundation in Java and/or .NET, with hands-on coding ability.
• Experience with Azure, DevOps practices, and modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with reusable CI/CD pipelines and pipelines-as-code.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Excellent people management and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience in vendor management and cross-border team collaboration.
• Experience implementing Scaled Agile frameworks.
