Responsibilities

• Build modern web and mobile experiences in agile squads
• Lead the transition from monolith to service-oriented architecture as the company scales
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact fintech solutions
• Contribute to architecture, design, and code quality to enable rapid growth

Qualifications

• Experience as a Software Engineer with a passion for software craftsmanship
• Experience as a Tech Lead with leadership in product delivery
• Interest or experience in FinTech and modern web/mobile tech stacks
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and innovation mindset

Compensation

• Up to £40K for Software Engineers
• Up to £70K for Tech Lead
