Advising on complex wills, probate, and lasting powers of attorney Managing and developing long-term client relationships Supervising and mentoring junior team members Playing an active role in marketing, networking, and growing the team\'s client base Contributing to continuous improvement and the firm\'s wider growth strategy

About You

4-8 years\' PQE with demonstrable experience in Private Client law Strong background in complex wills, probate, and powers of attorney Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Collaborative, supportive, and client-focused approach Commercially minded with the ability to deliver practical, solution-focused advice Experience mentoring or developing junior colleagues Organised, proactive, and confident managing your own workload
