OverviewPrivate Client Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer – Specialist Drafter. Location: Can be fully Remote or Hybrid (your preference). Job Type: Full-time or Part-time.We are seeking an experienced Specialist Document Drafter to support our Private Client and Conveyancing teams across our client's Legal Group companies. This is a newly created role offering excellent scope for growth and progression within a highly reputable firm.About the RoleYou will play a key role in assisting fee earners by drafting a wide range of legal documents relating to lifetime trusts and estates. This includes Deeds of Variation, Deeds of Appointment, Retirement and Appointment of New Trustees, Indemnities and Disclaimers, using a full suite of industry-recognised and maintained precedents.Key ResponsibilitiesDrafting trusts and associated legal documentation to a high professional standardSupporting the Private Client and Conveyancing teams with technical drafting expertiseManaging a busy and varied workload across multiple complex mattersEnsuring all work is accurate, compliant and delivered efficiently(If applicable) Handling a small caseload of conveyancing mattersAbout YouAt least 5 years’ PQE in Private Client or Property workSTEP qualification or other relevant industry credentials preferredStrong experience in drafting trusts is essentialKnowledge of wills, probate, conveyancing and estate administration is advantageousExcellent attention to detail and a proactive, organised approachConveyancing experience is desirable but not essentialAbout the TeamOur highly regarded Wills, Trusts, Conveyancing and Probate teams specialise in protecting clients’ assets and wealth through the preparation of wills, estate planning documentation and the creation and management of trusts.About UsOur client is a well-respected firm known for delivering high-quality, results-focused legal advice.
