Job Opportunity: Private Client Solicitor
Location
Glasgow (City Centre)
Join a highly regarded Glasgow firm as a private client solicitor specialising in wills, powers of attorney, estates and trusts. You’ll advise clients across Scotland on life‑planning and estate matters, working within a friendly team where quality and personal service matter.
Role Requirements
- Manage a varied private client caseload, including drafting wills, POAs, trusts and dealing with estates
- Advise clients on incapacity, guardianship and trust administration
- Liaise with executors, manage court processes and work with other professionals (eg tax, financial advisors)
- Deliver clear client service, ensuring matters are progressed efficiently
Experience
- Minimum 2 years PQE in private client work (wills, probate, POAs)
- Experience handling trust matters preferred but not essential
- Comfortable working independently and contributing within a team environment
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and intermediaries
- Organisational skills, ability to manage caseload and deadlines
