Service Care Legal are currently working with a leading UK law firm, who are seeking an Associate / Solicitor to join their prestigious Clinical Negligence Team based in Edinburgh.This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious legal professional to handle a caseload of complex and high-value clinical negligence claims, including birth injury, brain injury, and amputation cases, while also mentoring junior team members.Key Responsibilities:Manage a full caseload of serious clinical negligence claims.Lead on birth injury, brain injury, and other complex matters.Ensure full compliance with case and time management protocols.
