Solicitor – Clinical Negligence

Slater & Gordon Lawyers (UK) are recruiting an experienced Solicitor to join our award‑winning Clinical Negligence team. The role involves managing a caseload of complex cases arising from misdiagnoses, failure to diagnose, spinal injury, brain injury, surgical errors and incorrect treatment. Our team is highly ranked within Chambers and the Legal 500 and has won individual awards for high‑profile cases.

About the role

You will provide excellent client service, running matters through to trial, with support from paralegals and legal assistants. We expect a high level of care and a proven track record of handling complex casework.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with Clinical Negligence experience
• Background in managing your own caseload
• Experience running matters through to trial
• Exposure to complex casework
