As a Solution Architect, you'll be at the heart of shaping how technology supports our business goals. You'll work across a wide range of applications, translating complex business needs into clear, effective technical solutions. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across the business and technology teams, ensuring our solutions are not only fit for purpose but also aligned with our long-term strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Define and document solution architectures that align with business requirements, IT strategy, and existing systems.
  • Lead technical workstreams, working closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure robust, end-to-end solutions.
  • Provide architectural leadership across a range of applications, systems and stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and recommend technologies that support our evolving system platforms.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and governance processes.

Qualifications

  • Breadth of experience in solution design and architecture, ideally gained across diverse organisations—demonstrating adaptability to varying methodologies, cultures, and ways of working.
  • Expertise in defining and documenting technology solutions and reusable solution design patterns.
  • A solid understanding of application, infrastructure, integration and data architecture.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across large teams and influence stakeholders. You thrive in a collaborative environment and maintain a high degree of accuracy and accountability.
  • Desire to learn, grow, and contribute to collective success; qualifications in technology are a starting point.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity; you see it as a space for innovation and creative thinking.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor your message to different audiences.
  • Enjoy solving complex problems and breaking them down to find clarity.
  • Change oriented, energized by opportunities to improve, evolve, and make a lasting impact.
