The role is remote; you would need to be located in the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, or Poland.ResponsibilitiesYour future teamThe Atlassian Advisory Services team is a globally distributed group of Atlassian experts who help customers achieve success. Advisory Services team members engage with strategic and enterprise organizations to deliver solutions that maximize value from Atlassian investments. You will be an individual contributor in the Advisory Services Delivery team and will provide enterprise-scale guidance across Atlassian product areas.You will help our strongest promoters showcase successes, expand reach of our technologies to new use cases and markets, and enable customers to unlock the potential of their teams.What You\'ll DoCollaborate with peers in Advisory Services to align on strategic outcomes and deliver exceptional servicePartner with customers to solve business challenges using Atlassian products, practices, and solutionsIdentify and promote opportunities for service and product expansion within a client organizationDevelop deep industry and solution expertise and stay up-to-date with evolving best practicesCreate technical solution content and prescriptive guidance to support customer goals in one or more Atlassian solution areasPartner with non-customer-facing teams across Atlassian to advocate for customer needs and innovative solutionsTravel up to 30% domestically, and in some cases internationally, for internal and customer-facing eventsQualificationsYour background:Extensive experience within SaaS companiesExperience in customer-facing roles influencing stakeholders from technical administrators to executive leadershipDemonstrated expertise in Enterprise Agile, includingExperience discovering enterprise, program, and team-level Agile practices and anti-patterns, guiding organizational and delivery improvementsExpertise mapping customer operational practices to product capabilities and designing solutions aligned with scaled agile methods or enterprise strategy & planning goalsHands-on delivery of enterprise strategy & planning tool implementations and adoption in customer environmentsDirect experience with software development, Agile, or enterprise strategy & planning tools (e.g., Jira, Align, Focus, Radar, Rally, RTC, ADO, VersionOne, etc.)Fluent in English; a second language such as Dutch or a Scandinavian language is desirableIt\'s nice if you are:Comfortable coaching best practices and tailoring guidance for stakeholdersExperienced in cross-team projects with Sales, Product, Support, and other teamsExperienced working with large customers in a consulting or technical expert capacityBenefits & PerksAtlassian offers a wide range of perks and benefits designed to support you and your family, including health and wellbeing resources, paid volunteer days, and more.
