About you
You’ll thrive as a Solutions Architect if you:
- Have 2–4 years of experience in web development, Webflow, visual development platforms, or customer-facing technical consulting in SaaS or startup environments.
- Are confident guiding implementation conversations independently, with the ability to involve senior teammates for enterprise complexity.
- Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders and frame Webflow’s value in the context of a customer’s broader stack and business objectives.
- Have strong problem-solving skills and know when to reuse existing approaches vs. when to innovate.
- Bring hands-on experience with Cloudflare and/or Next.js, and can advise customers on performance, security, and scaling best practices.
- Are organized, curious, proactive, and capable of managing multiple customer relationships in parallel while contributing to internal projects, templates, or tooling.
- Are energized by ambiguity, feedback, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Welcome a diverse mix of individuals and perspectives.
- Keep up on emerging tech (e.g., AI, modern JS libraries, hosting architecture, Cloudflare, Next.js, Webflow Cloud) and how it applies to customer needs and growth.
- Stay curious and open to growth — actively building fluency in emerging technologies like AI to unlock creativity and impact.
