Solutions Architect | CRM, D365, Azure | £600-700 Inside | 2 days p/week in London

Role Overview

You will define and assure solution architecture across CRM, customer data platforms, and marketing technology ecosystems. Working within Agile delivery squads, you’ll guide onshore/offshore technical teams, ensure alignment with enterprise architecture strategy, and lead technical design governance. The role includes working closely with product, data and engineering teams to design scalable, cloud-based solutions and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own solution architecture design across CRM, CDP, campaign and marketing platforms.
• Lead advisory and assurance across delivery lifecycles, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture.
• Evaluate, integrate and implement SaaS/COTS platforms (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, composable MarTech solutions).
• Define architectural standards, integration patterns and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, chairing Technical Design Authority forums.
• Support modern cloud-based (Azure/AWS) architecture patterns and data integration strategies.

Key Skills & Experience

• 10+ years in Solution Architecture or senior technical design roles.
• Proven delivery of CRM and MarTechP platforms (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
• Experience with cloud-native architectures (Azure, AWS or GCP).
• Strong understanding of SaaS/COTS implementations and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery (Scrum) and enterprise-level governance models.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
