Solutions Architect | 6-Month Contract | London (Hybrid)

We’re working with a rapidly growing SaaS platform that’s transforming how large organisations connect their frontline employees with internal systems and digital workplace tools — removing the need for email accounts or manual workarounds.

They’re looking for a Solutions Architect to join their team to lead the technical design of new client implementations. You’ll work across product, engineering, consulting, and client teams to design scalable, secure, and elegant solutions that meet business goals. It’s a hands-on, collaborative role where your technical expertise and consultative mindset will help deliver measurable impact at scale.

What you’ll be doing

• Own the end-to-end solution design and technical deployment for new implementations
• Work directly with clients to understand business needs, technical environments, and integration requirements
• Define architecture, data flows, authentication methods, and system configurations
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and consultants to deliver technically sound solutions
• Produce solution documentation, diagrams, and technical specifications
• Support pre-sales conversations with technical input and solution design expertise
• Champion best practices in integration, identity, and data architecture
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal solution design processes

What you’ll bring

• Strong technical experience designing solutions across B2B SaaS platforms
• Proven ability to lead solution design across identity, API integrations, and data provisioning
• Working knowledge of platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear technical plans
• Experience working in cross-functional teams with engineers, consultants, and commercial stakeholders
• A pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset — balancing ideal solutions with client and timeline realities
• Experience with IAM, SSO, or system integration is a plus
