We’re working with a leading MSP based in Central London, supporting hundreds of businesses across the creative and civil engineering industries. As a Solutions Engineer, you’ll provide 3rd‑line support, manage servers and networks, and deliver client projects from migrations to cloud implementations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver 2nd/3rd‑line support, on‑site and remote.
  • Manage Windows Servers, Hyper‑V, VMware, and Veeam backups.
  • Deploy and maintain cloud services: Microsoft 365, Google Apps, Amazon S3.
  • Oversee networks: DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, and routing.
  • Act as an escalation point for 1st/2nd‑line engineers.
  • Support infrastructure projects and maintain accurate documentation.

Requirements

  • Strong Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy skills.
  • Experience with Veeam, Intune, MDT, Lucidlink, Egnyte, and core networking.
  • Familiarity with endpoint security tools: Defender, Sophos, Bitdefender.
  • Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset and excellent client skills.
