Product Solutions Engineer
Contract - Initial 6 month contract with the opportunity for further extensions

Spencer Rose is partnered with a leading AI Technology company who are actively in search of a Product Solutions Engineer on a contract basis. My client provides an AI‑Powered Data Fabric Platform that is designed to help enterprises get instant, trusted answers from their vast distributed data. Within this role, the Product Solutions Engineer will be responsible for proactively working with Data Architects, Security Architects, Data Engineers, and BI Developers to design, implement, and optimize data products and solutions.
The Product Solutions Engineer will have the following responsibilities
- Data Modeling & Architecture: Refine, and assist mapping of logical, and physical data models.
- Collaborate with Data Architects to ensure models align with business requirements and best practices.
- SQL & Data Engineering: Write efficient, maintainable SQL queries for generating data products to answer key hypotheses and insights.
- Incorporate SQL into data products and integrate into BI and other consumption tools.
- Troubleshoot, analyse, and resolve issues across a modern full‑stack application running in the cloud.
- Document findings, improve internal processes, and help evolve support practices.
The Product Solutions Engineer will need to have the following skills/experience
- Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience in data teams, analytics engineering, or a related field.
- Strong SQL skills and practical experience with analytic databases.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to convey technical details to non‑technical audiences.
- Previous technical experience within the following: SQL, ETL & PowerBI.
- Ideally worked within SaaS based organisations.
