The successful candidate will join our multi-disciplinary team, which may suit someone experienced in a special needs environment or a newly qualified practitioner. They will have the opportunity to work closely with our therapists and other professionals, providing support to students.

Unsted Park School is set in a beautiful semi-rural location with 44 acres of surrounding grounds. We are a SEN school specializing in the education and care of children and young people aged 7 to 19 years diagnosed on the autistic spectrum with associated learning difficulties. Main duties and expectations:

• Respond promptly to referrals, undertaking initial assessments to establish the scope, level, and nature of the young person's therapeutic and mental health needs.
• Lead and facilitate group and/or individual therapy sessions, short and long-term, ensuring interventions meet the needs of the young person and align with their therapy plan.
• Manage, monitor, and review an assigned caseload, ensuring delivery within agreed timescales.
• Work independently, with previous experience working with young people with ASD, preferably within an educational setting, being essential.
