Are you an Audio Developer?
We need you to join our XPERI Global Audio Innovation Business to help us deliver innovative audio applications and technologies on mobile, PC, and consoles. The successful candidate will work with an experienced and growing Scrum team to design and build exciting new products and integrations. This role offers a unique opportunity to guide development efforts across audio platforms for our products.

A Day in XPERI as an Audio Developer:
- Develop and improve audio applications and technologies that enable extraordinary customer experiences.
- Collaborate with our SDK team to integrate and deliver audio technologies to market.
- Work within an innovative, team-oriented culture focused on problem-solving and knowledge sharing.
- Engage with various audio technologies across multiple platforms and architectures.
- Participate in personal and organizational growth within our audio engineering team.
- Break down high-level requirements into manageable tasks.
Key Skills and Experience:
- C# 9 / .NET 8 (or later), especially in WPF applications.
- XAML and modern GUI libraries (e.g., Material Design, XAML Behaviors).
- Software architecture principles (MVVM, Dependency Injection, Reactive Extensions).
- Modern testing frameworks and source control (Git).
- Structured data formats (JSON, XML).
Passion for:
- Audio engineering and developing high-quality software.
- Understanding Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Exceptional communication skills and teamwork, including remote collaboration.
Additional Skills that Help:
- Experience with Windows App SDK, WinUI 3, Windows Audio Architecture.
- Knowledge of Jenkins, continuous integration, scripting (Unix Shell, Python).
- API design, communication protocols (ZeroMQ), XML Schema.
Education & Experience:
- B.S. in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience; qualification level 2.1 or above.
- Minimum 5 years in software engineering.
