Job Title: Senior Learning and Capability Development Partner / Senior Consultant (NIIT)

Location: UK Remote – travel to Derby and London offices when required

You will be responsible for

• Strategic Alignment: Align learning strategies with organizational capabilities by assessing needs, identifying learning priorities, and developing targeted interventions to address capability gaps.
• New Learning Solutions Development: Provide expert advice and support for developing and deploying learning solutions, including co-creating product scoping with internal design centre of expertise teams and leading the product development process aligned with strategy.
• Project Management for Product Development: Apply Agile methods to plan, execute, monitor, and control learning projects, align Centre of Expertise teams, remove impediments, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of high-quality outcomes.
• Performance Consultancy: Define performance metrics, collect and analyze data on learning outcomes, measure ROI and business impact, and drive continuous improvement in learning design and delivery.
• Portfolio Management: Maintain dynamic portfolios aligned with business strategy, curate catalogs, and use data to evaluate performance and engage stakeholders.
• Customer Experience Management: Manage relationships with stakeholders, solicit feedback, address concerns, and ensure buy-in throughout the program lifecycle.
• Quality Management: Define quality criteria, monitor delivery, and continuously improve service quality to deliver value.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, develop response strategies, and minimize disruptions.

What we ask of you

• Prior experience in consulting services strongly preferred.
• Strong expertise in performance analysis and learning evaluation and transformation.
• Ability to lead and manage complex projects.
• Comfortable with navigating ambiguity.
• Available and open to travel when requested.
• Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
• Experience in Agile project management and leading cross-functional teams within SCRUM framework.
• Deep understanding of AI technologies and their applications in learning
• Preferably, C2 proficiency in reading, listening, speaking, and writing in German

Education & Qualifications

• BSc/BA in relevant field & 8-10 years of relevant work experience
• Preferably certification in project management and Agile methodologies.
