We’re looking for a high-energy, commercially savvy Senior National Account Managerto take our convenience channel to the next level. You’ll be the driving force behind our growth in forecourts, symbol groups, traditional wholesalers and high-street convenience. Responsibilities
- Own the Channel: Own and manage relationships with national convenience retailers and wholesalers alongside our distributor partners
- Drive Growth: Develop and execute account plans aligned with brand and channel strategy
- Negotiation & Forecasting: Lead annual negotiations, promotional planning, and accurate forecasting
- Category Development: Work with internal teams and retailers to optimise range, space, and visibility
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, shopper marketing, supply chain, and finance to deliver seamless execution
- Activation: Ability to build plans that drive both push and pull levers in convenience
- New Business Development: Identify and secure new opportunities within the convenience channel, with a focus on unlocking Booker Wholesale, BRP and associated fascia stores
- Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs, sales performance, and ROI on promotional activity
- P&L Management: Ensuring a focus on profitability alongside revenue
The Skills you will bring to the team
- Proven experience managing national convenience/impulse accounts such as Booker, Dhamecha & Bestway
- Essential - 5-10 years of experience specifically within the impulse sector with a strong contact matrix
- A growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit – you’ll love building things
- Customer-centric with a clear focus on shoppers needs & behaviours
- Curious with the willingness to continually learn in a fast paced environment
- Team player, self-starter, highly motivated and ambitious
- Confident with data, forecasting and building compelling business cases
- A fantastic relationship builder, with no hesitation to engage externally
- Excellent communication, organisation and presentation skills
- Passion for health, fitness or sports nutrition
