Responsibilities

  • Guide the world's largest and most sophisticated organizations as they improve how they innovate and build software
  • Deliver responsive customer service using our proven frameworks
  • Guide customers from initial demo to active subscription, through procurement, legal, and security processes
  • Learn and share best practices for setting strategy, capturing ideas, prioritizing work, and creating visual roadmaps
  • Help customers integrate Aha! software with their existing tools (e.g., development systems)
  • Share customer feedback internally
  • Test new product functionality as needed
  • Mentor newer team members as they lead demos, share best practices, and help customers with integrations

Qualifications

  • Six+ years' experience defining, managing, or launching new functionality at a growing software or technology company
  • Influenced or defined the go-to-market process used to achieve product and business goals
  • Experience with complex software applications and workflow methodologies
  • Ability to write clear instructions to answer questions and explain best practices
  • Ability to independently resolve hard challenges

Compensation and Benefits

  • The base salary range for this role in the U.S. is between $100,000 and $170,000
  • Cash-based compensation includes profit sharing; a percentage of total pay is contributed toward retirement
  • Medical, dental, and vision plans (many teammates have premiums covered)
  • Up to 200 hours of paid time off per year

  • Up to $1,000 annually for third-party education, plus paid learning time
