About the role: We are a fast-growing security company investing in program managers who are energetic, eager to learn, flexible, and capable of managing large-scale, complex engineering projects in a fast-paced environment. As a Program Manager, you’ll directly support and engage in the work of the Content Product Group, which evolves detection and prevention methods for the Falcon Host product, ensuring coverage of the latest threats and providing actionable intelligence to customers.
Your primary focus will be driving the scheduling, scoping, and execution of projects for the teams you support, working with Engineering Developers, Product Managers, and Development Managers to ensure timely delivery against the roadmap. You’ll collaborate across functional teams and geo-locations in Israel, Europe, and the United States to manage dependencies, identify critical issues, and drive resolution. Note: This role is open to candidates in the UK & Ireland only.
Responsibilities
- Partnering and direct facilitation with teams at all levels; from hands-on work with developers on projects to summaries at the executive level.
- Demonstrates the ability to learn and communicate technical context and align it with business objectives to drive project deliverables, resources, and timelines.
- Creating and driving the project schedule, coordinating task assignments with engineering management, and managing progress from large phases to detailed tasks, including managing dependencies within and across Product Groups.
- Collaborating with staff and management across multiple worldwide business units (subject matter experts, product management, design teams, and technology teams) to clearly identify, explain, and communicate project involvement, goals, expectations, and tasks.
- Proactively tracking status of project activities and ensuring schedules and priorities are met.
- Identifying and escalating critical issues to resolution.
- Proactively managing daily/weekly project communications and status reporting.
- Leading Scrum ceremonies and following up on meeting minutes and action items.
- Coordinating across time zones to ensure alignment and follow-up on work.
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally several times per quarter.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Jira (querying, creating tickets, boards, and facilitation).
- 10+ years of experience in program/project management for software development.
- Experience with large-scale platforms (cloud technologies) and complex inter-dependent technologies.
- Seasoned team coach who helps remove obstacles and fosters collaboration.
- Experience with Software Development Lifecycle and Project Management Methodologies, specifically Agile/Scrum; experience with Scaled Agile Framework is a plus.
- Experience owning a program/portfolio of products or features, scoping requirements, planning milestones, and serving as an active resource for technical teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Thrives in consensus-driven environments where collaboration, open communications, and transparency are valued.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional groups across divisions and regions.
- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to make logical, timely decisions.
- Strong ability to drive results independently in small team settings.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn in fast-paced, changing environments.
- Ability to extrapolate context from complex technical discussions and provide actionable summaries for teams.
