The STOX AWM Program Manager will operate within the Strategy, Technology, and Operations Excellence function of the Advance Wound Management (AWM) business unit. This role is critical to the execution of strategic and transformational programs that align with Smith+Nephews enterprise objectives. The position requires a high-performing individual capable of managing complex cross-functional initiatives from concept through completion.

The role involves strong collaboration with internal business partners, including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, and Finance, as well as external consultants and partners. The successful candidate must be adept at managing change, influencing without authority, and leading multi-disciplinary, cross-cultural teams across global locations.
