Strategic People Partner - 18 Month Fixed Term Contract
Remote - we welcome applicants nationally, but ideally you’ll be based in London or surrounding areas to support in-person collaboration when needed.
Are you an experienced HR professional ready to influence strategic change in a purpose-led organisation? At Anchor, we’re looking for a Strategic People Partner to join our passionate People Directorate and work closely with senior leaders to shape the future of our services.

About the Role
This is a high-impact, business-partnering role aligned to our Central Support function. You’ll act as the strategic interface between the People function and the business - driving workforce planning, people data insights, organisational change, and performance management.
You’ll:
- Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver people-focused strategic outcomes
- Lead and support on organisational design, TUPE, restructures, and transformation projects
- Translate people data into meaningful insights and action
- Champion performance, retention, and engagement initiatives
- Connect business needs with HR centres of expertise (, L&D, ER, Resourcing)
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a senior HR/People Business Partnering role
- Commercial and/or regulated sector background (care, retail, hospitality ideal)
- Strong influencing and communication skills at senior levels
- Analytical mindset, confident with interpreting people data
- CIPD qualified or equivalent experience
