Remuneration: £44.23 per hour / £91,000 per annum

Responsibilities:

• Design & Manage: Develop partner programmes, including tiering, ROI analysis, and incentive initiatives.
• Collaborate: Work closely with data analytics, finance, and deal desk teams for seamless programme execution.
• analyse: Dive into data to spot trends and opportunities, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Manage Projects: Juggle multiple projects, keeping everything on track in a fast-paced environment.
• Improve Processes: Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Communicate: Share programme goals and results with internal teams and external partners.
• Stay Current: Keep abreast of industry trends to enhance programme design and execution.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in B2B sales or partner operations.
• Strong project management and data analytics skills.
• Exceptional organisation and time management abilities.
• Outstanding communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Proficiency in Excel, Gsheets, Tableau, and SFDC.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
