As a result, this industry powerhouse seeks several strong Indirect Strategic Procurement & Sourcing hires to take ownership across broad indirect spend areas. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead sourcing and category strategies across a wide range of indirect spend areas.
• Build future category roadmaps using market insight, data, and stakeholder demand.
• Drive cost optimisation, risk management, and supplier innovation.
• Negotiate complex supplier contracts, ensuring compliance and high performance.
• Act as a trusted procurement partner, influencing senior stakeholders to deliver results.

Required Experience:

• Circa 5+ years' procurement / category management experience across indirect spend.
• Strong track record of leading sourcing projects, contract management, and negotiations.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to challenge and influence senior leaders.
• Broad indirect procurement experience - generalist category knowledge welcomed.
• SME within an area of indirect procurement would be useful.
