This is an opportunity to join a team and play a key role delivering full-lifecycle Data & AI engagements from defining business strategies to building enterprise-class solutions. You’ll be pivotal in helping clients unlock the potential of Data and AI.
Responsibilities
Data & AI Strategy Consultants leverage a broad skillset including data wrangling, business analysis, product management, business strategy, and stakeholder engagement to extract understanding and inform future strategy. Responsibilities include:
- Lead client engagements, covering project operations, business analysis, product management, and solution design.
- Develop and present Data & AI strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Act as primary contact on client engagements.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
- Analyse complex business challenges and deliver pragmatic, high-quality outputs (roadmaps, business cases, transformation plans, project timelines and documentation).
- Support sales and pre-sales activities, contributing to proposals and presentations.
- Stay up to date with emerging Data & AI concepts and technologies.
Skills / Attributes / Experience Profile
This is an opportunity for broadly experienced management consultants who wish to work at the forefront of data and artificial intelligence solutions, helping enterprise clients to embrace, plan for and realise the opportunities afforded by this exciting period of technology-led evolution. The skills, attributes and experiences that we are seeking include:
- 4–5+ years in strategy consulting, product management, or similar client-facing roles.
- Proven track record in delivering end-to-end client solutions.
- Demonstrable experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder management across multiple levels.
- Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills.
- Experience developing and communicating strategic roadmaps.
- An active interest in AI and data-driven organisations, as well as a broader passion for technology and its exploitation for commercial advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence engaging at C-suite executives.
- Desirable: STEM education background (economics, engineering, maths or information systems).
What we offer
- Location: Home Based, with 2-3 days week travel to London and client site
- Salary Offered: £75k - £80k (based on experience) + Bens + Bonus
- Candidates will be required to complete pre-employment background checks and must have the right to work in the United Kingdom without sponsorship.
