Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Consultant / Associate Consultant to join a dynamic Life Sciences & Strategy Consulting team. In this role, you will work in a collaborative, non-hierarchical environment alongside senior and junior colleagues to deliver impactful solutions to healthcare and life sciences clients. You will gain exposure to Real World Evidence (RWE), market access, and integrated evidence strategy, while developing your expertise in consulting methodologies and the pharmaceutical market.
This role offers the opportunity to work on 1–3 projects in parallel, covering diverse service offerings, and to contribute to both client delivery and internal strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify key client challenges and generate actionable insights.
- Prepare, facilitate, and follow up on client meetings and workshops.
- Contribute to project design, approach, and methodology development.
- Perform independent desk research using internal and external data sources.
- Create reports, presentations, and deliverables under the guidance of an experienced team lead.
- Support the development of client proposals and new business opportunities.
- Assist with internal strategic initiatives such as RWE capability development and M&A activities.
- Provide project support across multiple consulting areas, including medical affairs, payer and access, secondary data analytics, and evidence generation.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree (or higher) in life sciences, business, economics, technology, engineering, or related field.
- 1–2+ years of consulting experience in healthcare or life sciences (Associate level) or 6+ years for senior level.
- Proven analytical, interpretative, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and business judgment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present findings and facilitate workshops.
- IT literacy in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently manage tasks.
- Willingness to travel when required.
Desirable Skills
- Project management experience.
- Exposure to Real World Evidence (RWE) or market access projects.
- Experience working in client-facing roles within consulting.
- Quantitative and qualitative research expertise.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors.
