Senior Recruitment Consultant at The ONE Group Ltd. Hybrid role – 3 days in the office.

Are you a proactive, organised, and emotionally intelligent leader who thrives on balancing creativity with efficiency? We’re looking for a Studio Manager to take charge of day-to-day operations in a busy creative studio, ensuring projects flow seamlessly from concept to delivery.

As Studio Manager, you’ll be the central connector between strategy, client services, and creative teams—removing blockers, keeping projects on track, and fostering an environment where creativity thrives.

In this role, you’ll:

• Drive smooth studio operations and project scheduling
• Keep a clear view of capacity, resources, and timelines
• Ensure processes are followed and continuously improved
• Act as the communication hub across multiple teams
• Support budget planning and resource allocation
• Foster a calm, focused, and collaborative culture

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years in studio, production, or operations management
• Experience within creative, design, marketing, or digital environments
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• High emotional intelligence and adaptable communication style
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced settings

Tools you’ll work with: Monday.com, Slack, Google Workspace, Lucid Link, Adobe Creative Suite (plus an openness to AI tools that improve efficiency).
