SuccessFactors Consultant

Permanent

£80,000 + bonus and benefits

Remote in UK or Europe

I am working with a global organisation currently undergoing a large optimisation programme. They are looking for a SuccessFactors Consultant to help shape this transformation.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience configuring and implementing SuccessFactors modules including Recruiting, Employee Central, Performance and Goals, Compensation, Time and Absence, Learning, Recruitment, Onboarding, and Succession Planning.
• Ability to quickly analyze and resolve system errors, exceptions, and performance issues, minimizing downtime and enhancing user experience.
• Desirable: Job Profile Builder Integration Experience.
• Knowledge of integration with other SuccessFactors modules, different platforms, and third-party applications.
• Experience configuring and implementing SuccessFactors Onboarding (2.0) solutions with significant commercial experience.
• Active certifications in SuccessFactors.
