SuccessFactors Consultant

Permanent

£80,000 + bonus and benefits

Remote in UK or Europe

I am working with a global organisation currently undergoing a large optimisation programme, seeking a SuccessFactors Consultant to support this transformation.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience configuring and implementing SuccessFactors modules such as Recruiting, Employee Central, Performance and Goals, Compensation, Time and Absence, Learning, Recruitment, Onboarding, and Succession Planning.
• Be able to analyze and resolve system errors, exceptions, and performance issues promptly to minimize downtime and improve user experience.
• Possess Job Profile Builder Integration Experience (desirable).
• Be knowledgeable about integration with other SuccessFactors modules, platforms, and third-party applications.
• Have configured and implemented SuccessFactors Onboarding (2.0) solutions with significant commercial experience.
• Hold active SuccessFactors certifications.

This is a permanent role, based in the UK or Europe. Please note, sponsorship is not available for this position.
