Role Summary
You will be responsible for developing relationships with both new and existing clients, maintaining helpful and professional connections with patients and client secretaries. You will liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services according to client needs. This is a fast-paced role requiring the ability to work under pressure. The RPM team is expanding, offering an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to contribute to the growth and development of the team. Our interactions with patients, clients, and colleagues make this a rewarding role.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with managing multiple clinics for various consultants, including scheduling, call answering, and client liaison.
- Coordinate patient requirements to deliver high-quality, personalized service.
- Manage daily client communication via phone/email and attend meetings with the RPM Operations Manager or team members as needed.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager and Business Development team to identify prospective clients and growth areas.
- Activate new client accounts and communicate clinic needs to ensure smooth transitions.
- Assist with onboarding new clients and team members, including training and development.
- Conduct regular audits of team work and provide feedback.
- Manage internal and external email queries.
- Attend and host weekly team, operations, and business development meetings.
- Participate in interviews and assist with HR responsibilities.
- Handle grievances from team members, patients, or clients.
- Delegate work fairly across team members.
- Contribute to the development and innovation of training tools and documents.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required.
Skills Required
- Previous supervisory experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong people management skills.
- Proficient IT skills, especially in Excel and Salesforce.
- Ability to lead, influence, and motivate team members.
- Willingness to learn and deliver training to improve team efficiency.
- Empathy and professionalism.
- Accurate and numerate.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
