Are you passionate about driving quality and excellence in supplier performance? We’re looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer to join our team and play a key role in ensuring our suppliers meet the highest engineering and quality standards.

What You'll Do:

• Lead or assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Contribute to supplier audits, qualifications, and performance improvement programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams on testing, documentation, and continuous improvement.
• Support both Supplier Quality Assurance and Supplier Development activities.
• Carry out on-site inspections during key production stages.
• Perform final inspections before goods are dispatched to ensure that there is full compliance with the specifications.
• Verify the alignment with engineering drawings, technical standards, and customer requirements.
• Maintain detailed inspection records and manage non-conformances.
• Communicate supplier quality performance and insights to internal stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree (BSc/BEng/HND) in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant quality discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor; ISO 14001 and 45001 certifications are a plus.
• Experience in manufacturing or supplier quality roles
• Solid understanding of quality tools like APQP, PPAP, and 8D.
• Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and specifications.
• Good attention to detail, communication skills, and analytical thinking.
• Familiarity with major OEMs is beneficial.
• Willingness to travel occasionally across the UK and Europe.
