Supply Chain Manager - Major Infrastructure Programme - Midlands (Hybrid - 3 x a week on site)

My client is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to play a pivotal role in a £2bn+ major construction programme. This is a 10-year, multi-billion-pound project that will require the design, mobilisation, and development of a world-class supply chain.

This isn't about logistics or moving goods around. It's about building and shaping a supply chain ecosystem from the ground up, working with suppliers, SMEs, and strategic partners to ensure readiness, resilience, and compliance.

The role will evolve through three key phases:

Mobilisation - Identifying, engaging, and onboarding the right suppliers in a market with significant barriers to entry.

Development - Embedding performance management, sustainability, health & safety, and social value across the supply chain.

Engagement - Driving SME participation and developing local supply chain capability to meet long-term commitments.
