Title: Supply Chain Specialist
Location: Remote within the UK/EU
Travel: 10-20% within the UK/EU

We are actively seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to join our growing organization and help us Nurture What You Love!
This role’s primary responsibility will be supporting the Operations and Supply Chain department for both UK and EU and overseas markets. This role involves overseeing procurement, production planning, and logistics to ensure that finished goods and associated materials are delivered efficiently and cost-effectively.
As our Supply Chain Specialist, you’ll make an impact by:
- Coordinating end-to-end supply chain operations, from procurement to final delivery.
- Managing inventory levels and place replenishment orders as needed.
- Liaising with 3PL partners and warehouse teams to monitor inbound/outbound deliveries.
- Tracking and resolving shipment issues, delays, and discrepancies.
- Maintaining accurate data in ERP and inventory systems (e.g. NetSuite, SAP).
- Supporting supplier onboarding and performance reviews.
- Relevant 3rd level qualification in Supply Chain / or equivalent industry experience.
- 3-5 years+ of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations.
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP/inventory software.
- Knowledge of international shipping and customs documentation.
